Days of Being Wild at Cavalli
"We need the tonic of wildness...At the same time that we are earnest to explore and learn all things, we require that all things bes mysterious and unexplorable, that land and sea be indefinitely wild, unsurveyed and unfathomed by us because unfathomable. We can never have enough of nature." - Henry David Thoreau
The exhibition "Days of being wild' will takes place during the winter months of 2022 at the Cavalli Estate Gallery. The themes that will be explored are motivated by nature and our pre-sentiment of the winter months. From untamed wildernesses to lonely landscapes, both figurative and literal. Participating artists were encouraged to explore their own personal perception and application pertaining to the "unfathomable wild".
The exhibition will open on Sunday, 29 May 2022 and will run until Sunday, 28 August 2022 at Cavalli Gallery.
